What is the BANKSETA Learnership?

The BANKSETA Learnership is a structured programme that combines:

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the learnership, applicants should:

  • Be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Hold a Matric certificate with:
    • Minimum 50% in Accounting or Mathematics, or 60% in Maths Literacy.
    • At least 50% in English.
  • Be unemployed and not currently studying or in another learnership.
  • Have a clear credit and criminal record.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English.
